Hello, I'm writing this feedback on the call I received from from a HR.. I don't know if this is a IVR machine or will someone genuinely read this..
I don't recall her name I think it was vinutha or anusha.. I know HR'S should be stern and on point with the interview.. but this female who called wanted to be assertive on the call which is fine, but she was Rude infact!! I'm sure she wouldn't realize it, probably a pampered HR who thinks she's exceptional but just an acception. She asked me why she should hire me for this role, my answer was " I saw it was a fraud specialist which is what it stated when I REGISTERED!! I told I have worked in a type of a banking process and I have handled disputes, raising disputes and issues related to bank account and stuffs! Now the experience that was required for the job was of a customer support or a senior customer support!! At this point your so called HR was already kinda intimidated and wasn't paying attention to what I said.... now suddenly she says in a wired tone like she's demeaning us and says "are you aware what role your applying for and all that... which I already told her.. and she again says she has over 100 candidates why should she hire me for this job, ...but I already mentioned her 2minutes in to that call like why I can do it better.. it feels like she's shooting this all in her head like a movie, like she's HR who's doing a great job!! Lol Please learn how to talk to people ma'am you were pathetic, there are lot of people who may have more experience than you, not me perhaps but there'll be people!! And oh yeah I clearly told her she can give job to those 100s of people in line... some may need it and I certainly do not want to work under the same roof where HR'S like this exist!! Even if your so learnt you should teach people not belittle them, worst interviewer and I will post it online too!! She should definitely be evaluated!
She's arrogant and she likes to decide! Please don't take her seriously you all are amazing!

Interview was very thorough and provided insight on the position. Questions about my work history were asked. As well as different scenarios and how they were handled. I was told about the company as well and the person hosting the interview. Very informative and professional all around.
