I received an email to schedule an hour long phone interview. During the interview, I spoke to 2 managers in operations (30 minutes each) and it was a very relaxed and open conversation. I really enjoyed speaking to them and they were very friendly, welcoming, and conversational the entire time.

It was easy just basic hirevue behavioral questions. I then had a technical and then got the job offer. Just studied behavioral questions with my past work. I would make sure to be ready to answer questions and prepare quickly for the hirevue.

The process began with an online application, followed by an invitation to complete an on-demand video interview (HireVue). The HireVue consisted of behavioral and situational questions focused on problem-solving, communication, and alignment with the role. The instructions were clear, and candidates were given time to prepare responses before recording. Further steps were communicated after completion of the video interview.
