I applied online through the bank website. After applying a recruiter contacted me and said that I was qualified for the position and had a few questions, went into further detail about the position (hours, days, pay) and asked if I was still interested after that. After that I was scheduled for an interview. The interview was first with the assistant branch manager and right after with the head branch manager. I was asked a series of questions from a guideline that they were given. The interviews lasted about an hour. I was contacted by the recruiter several days (maybe 3 or 4) later saying that I was chosen for the position. I then had to take and pass a drug and background test. After getting the results back I started traing about a week later.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had a dissatisfied situation with a customer.
As it was my first experience in life for a job, I started well before time so that I may not be late. I reached there well in time. There was a big hall there and about 35 candidates were waiting for their chance.
It was super easy, and they asked very straight forward questions, and made me feel super comfortable. They asked me a few questions, they mostly wanted to know how personable I am.

Easy to track system, was well informed of the process and what to expect from the recruiter and hiring team. Clear and concise overall. I wish all processes with companies were this simple.
