It was a final round interview with 3 of the managers from 3 different divisions of the sales and trading team. You'll learn a lot more about what the job entails but you'll also talk a lot about yourself and your motivations for the job. They'll have your resume with them and will ask you to paint a picture about that.

First, you need to apply through their career site and send CV and Cover Letter. Then pass their aptitude tests on Pymetrics. If you pass the aptitude test you'll proceed with the first round interview on Hirevue.
