There were two 30 minute interviews. I had mine back to back. I was not in town and they allowed the interviews to be over the phone. However, other interns told me they came in for their interviews. Interviews were pretty straight forward. I got a call for an offer only two days after the phone interviews.

It was easy just basic hirevue behavioral questions. I then had a technical and then got the job offer. Just studied behavioral questions with my past work. I would make sure to be ready to answer questions and prepare quickly for the hirevue.

The process began with an online application, followed by an invitation to complete an on-demand video interview (HireVue). The HireVue consisted of behavioral and situational questions focused on problem-solving, communication, and alignment with the role. The instructions were clear, and candidates were given time to prepare responses before recording. Further steps were communicated after completion of the video interview.
