Asked to complete Pymetrics and then as invited to complete HireVue questions. The questions asked were:
- What differentiates JP Morgan from other banks?
- What specific goals do I have for my career?
- Tell me about a time where you sought out relevant information and used it to develop a plan of action. Describe situation, action you took and outcome
It was over hirevue. 5 questions, 15 minutes. not too bad. You could redo each question once and each question was 2 minutes where you had 30 seconds to prepare.
Fairly easy behavioral questions. Know resume and describe experiences. I had several phone interviews, with the final one being about an hour long. Didn't have to interview in person because I was far away from where I would have been working. Overall it was a painless and great interview and they were very nice.
