Had my first round among hundred others...It was a Women's Day special recruitment Drive..so it had basically women candidates. Which I think is a great initiative, considering all previous companies I worked with had a men to women skewed ratio of say 100:4. I felt my first round was kind of a mix..good answers and some very basic and common sense ones I went blank. Questions asked were PLSQL 50 perc and then Crystal Reports. Crystal reports questions, which I always think is something you can work on practically and interviewer can't get much since it's all interface based. Still I was asked quite a few relevant questions, and I have come across only one company yet to grill you for quite some time in the interview, that is JP Morgan Chase. I cleared the round, I am being called for the second managerial round to happen within a few days. Looking forward to it as being in the Banking Domain, it's my dream company.
