The interview day involved a group presentation to begin with. Then there was 4 different 12minute interviews with members of the various teams. Most of the questions were competency-based. One of the 12minute interview was based on the group presentation and another was based on the online personality questionaire.The other 2 interviews were mainly on your motivation and how you see yourself fitting in.
