The second round was a phone interview and the third was a long case study interview about process improvement on financial institutions. Before you apply, keep in mind that this is a back-office rotational program (for full-time). Your chances of getting to the front office is low unless you are good at networking and have made some impact.

The interview process was pleasant, all taking place during the assessment centre. The interviewers were very friednly and comfortable. Overall a genuine interest was taken by them to allow me to express myself openly and clearly in a relaxed environment.
