Met with the recruiter, hiring manager, and then had a final panel presentation. Process was overall easy until the end. During my final presentation, the director said I did a great job and mentioned wanting to see if there were higher level roles available for me and that they’d be in touch. This resulted in me being completely ghosted by the company only to receive a template rejection over a month later. Extremely disappointing experience.
