Very positive. The questions were quite simple, and the interview took a relaxed stance. It ended up taking around 3 days to get a reply back confirming I had gotten the position.

Applied online, got a call from the duty manager inviting me for an interview in a week. I had my interview at 3 and got a call at 7/8 telling me I got the job. Asked what would you do if a customer had a complaint, what qualities make you suited for this job/what you bring, experience, what you think the job is, what you know about the company, availability.

Entretien
The interviewers were very nice to talk to, was like a casual conversation. They liked me a lot and preferred positive people. Learn about the basics of the company because they will ask "Why Wetherspoons?". Basic interview questions like "what's your weakness" and "perfectionalism". asked about my schedule, very flexible.
