This must have been the worst interview I had in my life. It was a telephone interview with the recruiter from Isobar Melbourne. As the first point of contact with an organization I think it's very important for an interviewer to make a personal connection, instead the recruiter just asked very direct, boring questions from the 60's.
Always late for the time, unorganised, quite panicky office environment
So many interviewers/stakeholders every stage, unclear r&r, poor HR hiring process, slow feedback
I refused next process as I could sense its not ideal place to work for
