I had 2 separate phone interviews with the direct manager and director respectively as I was located in another office. The phone interviews were pretty straightforward, asking situational questions, very minimal technical questions. They asked about my previous job experiences and some of the challenges and successes that I have been through. They related it to the situational questions.
