After I got contacted by one of the hiring managers, there were a few email sent to me to arrange the time for the 1st phone interview. Phone interview was relatively short, and the manager asked me about my educational background, my previous research experience, and why I am interested in applying for the position in this company. after the phone interview, I received the invitation for on-site interview in about a week. The on-site interview last for a whole morning, from 8am to 1pm, including group interview, totally four person, and two were interviewing me at a time. then we were invited to having lunch together with department manager. during the group interview, they asked detailed questions about my research experience, and I talked many projects I did in grads school. the interviewer asked very specific and scientific questions. the whole process was very intense and it last about 4 hours. then we had lunch with department manager, and she talked more about the company, their current situation and future plan. this part is relatively easy, since most of the time was the hiring managers talking. but I listened carefully and asked a few questions. I received the offer in format of email in around 2 weeks. the final offer letter was mailed to me in one and half month later.
