I aplied via direct email to manager. I met him on student's job fair. Then was phone call but without any questions just to decide about date. Interview was quite long 1.5 hour but it was really nice and interesting experience. After Interview after 5 days I got phone from HR dept with confirmation that I am hired.

I got an email from a hiring manager with details about the team and the position. Set up a phone interview a couple days later, which lasted about an hour. There were both behavior and technical questions.
