1. Telephone interview: Contacted by an engineer without any email or telephone appointment. Asked some technical questions on my resume. Invited for an on site interview right after the telephone interview. 2. On site interview: Went to Chandler, AZ as scheduled. Stayed for one night. A tour in the labs and different departments. Then interviewed by 6 engineers, 4 mid-career, 2 senior engineer. Told to wait 1-2 week for the final result. 3. After 2 weeks, got a rejected email.
