I applied online and got a response from them a month or so later. The hiring manager called me to setup a phone interview. He said he would call back in 3-4 days within the time we discussed, but called back the same night to have the phone interview. It was mostly technical on basic semiconductor knowledge and lasted about 20 minutes. In 4 days I heard from their staffing department telling me that I had been selected for an onsite interview. I setup the final date within 2 weeks.
The onsite was an all day experience. Basically everyone was very nice and gave a good feel for how the job is structured. I had one presentation (1 hr) and 4 one-on-one interviews (1 hr each). Mostly questions were technical, relating to MOS properties, p-n junctions etc. They threw a lot of problems at me to see how I would tackle it, even if I had little knowledge of it. Basically they push to to the correct answer so long you have a positive and right approach towards the problem. The there were some usual behavioral type questions, nothing out of the usual. My hiring manager told me that he will let me know within 3 days if it was negative. I left feeling very satisfied. The hiring manager emailed me very next day asking my current visa status so he can get the process moving, so that was positive. I heard back from the staffing department within 4 weeks confirming the offer.

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
