I applied for the Process Engineer Position and after about a month, the HR person contacted me and set up the interview time.
The day started with a brief presentation of company, then followed by two of 45 minutes interviews, where I was interviewed by two engineers and then the other two.
Different kind of questions starting with behavioral and finishing with technical and statistics. Even if you forgote something or do not remember how to do something they want to see how your thinking and logic works to solve the procedure. It was pretty relaxed atmosphere, The Engineers who interviewed me are good professionals with great experience and they know what they want from you. Answer short, straight amd clear and do not go around.

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
