very plesent proccess. 2 interviews, one about your general backround the other is more practical with question about your field. the first interview was with the manager, she was very informative. the secont one was with 3 engineers who asked the questions.

Two people asking questions regarding Thermodynamics and metal's strength etc. Focused on following the applicant's way of solving then actually caring for the correct answer. Will change the question if the student knows the answer.
