There were at least 7 interviews total including a peer review. I wrote and presented 90-Day Plan describing what I would do in the first 90 days. Some interviews were formal with upper management, and some were ad-hoc with peers in the department. Whether internal or external it is a very long process to get a job offer (2 months) and this job in particular is highly competitive.

Interviewed at one of their recently acquired companies (SADA) only to be ghosted. Went through FOUR rounds of interviews, they then asked for references and I never heard from them again.

Entretien
The initial phone screening with the Talent Acquisition Specialist was disappointing. The conversation felt rushed and one-sided, with limited opportunity to properly exchange information. The specialist came across as disengaged and seemed to make assumptions without taking the time to understand my background fully. A more thorough and open-minded approach would have made for a better candidate experience.

When asked if I had done this 'exact' role before, I honestly explained that while I hadn't held the identical title,
3 step, uno con Hr, uno con il management italiano e uno con Head of Services (in inglese). Attenti alle esperienze e molto demanding riguardo a certificazioni ufficiali in Project Management. Buona impressione e cura della persona.
