After second round, I got a call from HR saying that there has been a change in JD and whether I am still interested in proceeding further. Since the new JD was related to my technical skills, I said yes. Third round (Director round), duration- 1 Hr Mostly consists of system design questions where you will be provided with the scenario and you will have to come up with a high level system design. After third round, recruiter just ghosted me. I also sent a follow-up email to which I got no reply. Very unprofessional behavior. At least show some decency to let the candidate know whether they are selected or not.
