Entretien
The drive was conducted in july-2017. Total of four rounds.
First round was aptitude and reasoning. The test was conducted by the amcat people in the company premises. Questions were easy to attempt.
Second round was technical written.
Third round is Technical face to face.
Fourth round is Managerial Round. I am not able to clear this round.
In all it was a very good experience with QuintilesIMS because the organization is very good. They also provide good facilities to their employees.
I have also added interview questions. Must check.
Not that tough to crack. Keep yourselves up.! :)

In second round
They gave a piece of question paper which consists of around 29 questions.
5 questions are true/false from java.
20 questions are of 1 mark and you have to write them on the paper. The questions are from java and sql. Questions from java are like

3.what is garbage collection,
4.can we override static method
5. Why is JAVA a WORA language
6. What is deadlock
7. What is the super class of every class
8. what is the base class for error and exceptionetc.
And questions from sql are

6. Differences between delete and truncate
They will also ask to write some basic queries.
3 questions of 3 marks in which you have to find the output.
1 question is of program and you have to write the complete program that is also from java.
Third round is your technical interview F2F.
They will ask from maximum from resume. I have written java and sql in my technical skills so they asked me
To write a program to swap the variables
To write a query to find out the names starting from J.
They have also asked concept of inheritance, normalization, joins. Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus point.
You must have good preparation about basics of java and Sql. It is easy to clear this round if you are very well familiar with your resume.
Fourth round is Managerial Round. I am not able to clear this round.
This round is taken by the manager so please be conscious and confident enough to answer the questions.
She has asked everthing from my project. If you have used database then must have knowledge of how you have created tables. How much primary keys used etc.

The interview process had three rounds: the first was pure coding, the second was coding plus a technical interview with engineers, and the third was with the Team Leader, where we went through some scenario-based questions. I felt the conversation went quite well, but they eventually told me they aren't looking to spend time training fresh graduates—they need someone who can hit the ground running.
