Entretien
The first round was a phone screening. It followed by an online test with quantitative and qualitative sections. Then the selected candidates will be gathered to Amsterdam, the Netherlands for on-site interviews.

What will you do if your employee does not listen to you?
easy but no offer, there is a group interview end of the process if you pass the stages like english exam, the directors and managers watching the group interview and you discuss with other candidates
Large focus on who you are as an individual. Very welcoming interviewers and ask great questions, which allow you to answer your questions sufficiently. Definitely a smooth and strong process

Lange procedure maar duidelijke communicatie vanuit ING zelf. Bestaat uit 4-5 ronden en iedere ronde bestaat uit een nieuwe opdracht, gesprek of Business case. Zelf vond ik het te lang maar begrijp dat ze het doen
