The interview process for IKEA was very quick and professional, It did however take them a while to reach back out about the application afterward. I would recommend it to a lot of people.

Interviewer was late and unprepared. Took hours to complete. Ridiculous questions for a retail position. You're selling lightbulbs and plastic tubs. Why am I being asked to provide an example of when I directed a project and it failed? This is a stocking position. Are you serious.
