Wrote an enthusiastic application, however did not even got a letter of refusal. After more than 2 months, nothing. This does not make a good impression at all and I will think twice to apply again for such a disorganised company

Entretien
The position was open in Novosibirsk, Russia. The process from the moment of applying to the moment of final interview took about 1 month.
Everybody was nice and friendly. First of all, there is an telephone interview with HR, which, in my case was from China. She asked some basic qustions about my background, about my working expericnec and about IKEA values.
Afther a two weeks later or so I received a call from local IKEA and the've invited me to the interview with direct manager of the division.
Unfortunately, I did not pass.

HR e-mail, HR interview a few calls, face to face interviews with 4 people without asking for water and restroom. Manager and not HR work on the hiring process.
