Quite extensive, thorough, very positive! Everyone that I met with was actually very positive, nice, warm, and very professional. They defintely look for a certain type of person that fits with IKEA.

The interview was like any other interview. They asked alot of questions about myself and alot of questions/ senarios about teamwork. They also ask questions about ikea itself one of the questions i got asked was about sustainability.
