I was first interviewed for a job to work with kids, the interview was over the phone. I assume i wasnt a good candidate for the position, but a few months later I recieved a call about a position open in the Ikea Food Service. The phone interview went great. Average questions for the interview, and then there was a 1 on 1 interview where I was acctually interviewed by 3different people! I was very honest and straight foward! 2 days later I received a call asking me to come in for a drug test and I was to start work that following Tuesday!
