Entretien
Started with a phone interview, followed by a face to face interview with HR. At a later appointment (full day), face to face interviews with the nearest manager and her manager, as well as two colleagues-to-be (the latter being disguised as informal chats but in hindsight they were probably also used to understand if I would fit in the team and what my nearest colleagues would think of me.) Asked for two references.

Quite basic questions on goals, ammbitions, strengths, weaknesses.
A lot of emphasis on values, understanding of corporate culture. (E.g. would you work for a tobacco company?)
Mention something difficult that you have overcome.
case study and swot analysis it took 1 hour to dicuss and share the experience and strenghts and how you will contribute etc also they ask when will it be possible to join and also range specific experience andd questions

Quick and easy, digital and with good feedback on each step. Uploaded a video and did a test. Could not see how it could be improved other than that I did not get the job.
The interview was difficult and technical. It cosist of three parts. The first one was on call and other was on video call and overall it was challenging but I had a good experience from it and learned a lot from it.
