In all, from application to job offer took about 3 months. But this was a new store that was opening and during COVID so that's why it took so long. I first did a quick phone interview with HR and then I did a 2 hr video call with VM managers. It was a very long interview, we went through my background then we did a virtual floor plan tour. Here they asked me a series of questions about what I like and what I would do differently. They we both very nice and the interview was very comfortable. I then waited a week and was emailed an offer.

Had to do an entire day of interview in person, with three assignments (one at home before the interview, one group, and one individual). They offered to give feedback after they rejected me. I didn't get one when I asked for it.

Easy going interview. Personable interviewer. Interview included personal ethics , morals , IKEA company. Working environment. Interviewer knows the type of personality the department needs to thrive in a changing working environment
