What a joke, tells me they love my cv got loads of relevant management experience (none in furniture)
Had me drive all the way to Bristol from Torbay 180mile round trip
Only to reject me because I don’t have any experience in furniture

Very good, and responsive recruiter. The process was well done and on track. Everyone was responsive in a timely fashion. Pleasantly surprised. Met with a re recruiter and then with 2 managers. Next will apparently be a country manager.

Entretien
Everything is routed through a corporate recruiter which causes a bit of a disconnect from the actual operation. First a phone screen with the recruiter. Next an in-store interview with the hiring manager. Seems like a good place to work, low turnover and good benefits.
