I applied through job poster. I got a sudden called from ikea team and asking me whether this is a good time to talk or not and i said yes. And then she emailed me to have face to face interview in ikea office. I met with the manager and also HR manager o my face to face interview.

Entretien
First with recruiter over the phone, then direct manager and lastly with Sales Manager at the location you applied to. They ask a lot of questions so be ready to be direct, specific and pull data from your experience.
