Applied online, got an email from HR stating that would invite me to have a chat and inform me the date and place later; then have not heard anything till one Saturday morning, got a phone call from HR manager and did a telephone interview. Really odd.

Overall well strucutred and friendly, intrviewed by two team members, who described the position in great detail. Asked typical situational and behavioural questions, discussed my experience, motivation and interests. They mentioned the staff turnover was high.
