Went to a job fair at their warehouse location. After waiting in a long line that moves fairly quickly, you get paired up with an interviewer right away. It was a quick and easy conversation. Some people are sent on their way after this and others move on to round two where you get a more in depth interview with a manager from the department you apply to (in my case showroom).
