There are so many rounds.
1) CV Application Form
2) Online assessment (inc. games)
3) Video Interview
4) Written mini-essay questions inc. how have you demonstrated that you've interest in technology to what's the most interesting IBM technology.
5) Assessment Centre where you are required to prepare 15mins presentation on a business problem and how technology could be used to solve this problem.
6) Manager Interview (Competency)
7) Business interview (as many as needed until they find you a role)
I pulled out of the process, it was the most long winded process I've ever experienced.

The IBM HK program includes a group case study with individual speaking, Q&A, individual interviews, and a lengthy multiple-choice written test.
