J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBM
Entretien
I recently underwent an interview process at IBM, where the engaging conversation delved into my technical expertise and collaborative skills. The thorough evaluation highlighted IBM's commitment to selecting individuals who align seamlessly with their innovative and dynamic work culture.
There wasn't an HR interview, straight to a technical interview with 2 interviewers and the team leader was on the call. Asked 2 coding questions by the first interview and a coding exercises with 3 questions by the second. Friendly interviewers but I took a while to answer the questions so I could tell that wasn't what why they were looking for.

Question 1
Waited for the team leader to join for 15 minutes at first so the interviews held small talk with me. Both interviewers asked simple coding exercises. They shared their screens and asked me to solve.
