The recruiter was my favorite recruiter ever. So transparent, informative, and helpful. All the interviewers were so kind. I am so bummed I didn't get this role. Really was my dream job and felt I was a great fit. I'd happily apply for another role and would still want to be a part of HCG. I recently went through a process with a competitor consulting firm and it was garbage compared to HCG.

Had a screen with the recruiter for the manager role. Covered basics like salary. Met with a Managing Director and did not hear back after that. Generally covered my experience in the healthcare space - they were looking for some more RCM / Ops heavy experience rather than technology.

It started with 1) a phone screen with recruiter, 2) a couple of behavior interviews with staff mid-level staff (they had some scripted and some unscripted questions), 3) a very easy case interview about insourcing/outsourcing a dialysis service line, and finally 4) a final interview with a Partner/MD. Heard back from the recruiter with an offer within two weeks of the final interview.
