J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Huron Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) en oct. 2013
Entretien
Campus interview process, with 3 rounds:
1.) 2 behavioral
2.) 1 longer behavioral and 1 case (very watered down)
3.) 2 long behavioral on site and lunch event
Behavioral had very standard "tell me about a time" type questions. Just read up on the job description and company values. Have clear examples and you're fine.
The case was a watered down version of most consulting firms. No data, no analysis, just hypothesis and hypotheticals. Just treat as a normal case without any real problem solving.

Entretien
Campus recruiting; Recruiter interviewer and one super day that consisted of 3 separate interviews, one of which included a case (healthcare specific). The recruiter was very responsive to all questions and they offered a webinar for preparation. Offer was delivered through a phone call, promptly after the super day

Entretien
4 rounds, 1 recruiter, 1 case interview, 2 back to back with upper management. Case interview was relatively easy, nothing like MBB. 2 back to back with upper managment was a superday and they grill you on behaviorals, company values, things like that.
