Got in touch through campus career fair, had a first round phone call with someone in their Texas location. The person called me later than the scheduled time, seemed to know little about the interview process, and talked through a good portion of it to explain his role, which was not the one that I applied for, before abruptly ending it at the scheduled ending time, neglecting that they had called late. As a result, I was told that I was not a good candidate because I did not fit their interview rubric.
