First round interview-30 minute behavioral interview(it is not hard, but you have to know your resume and obviously reacting positively in situations
Second round-flew to headquarters in Chicago-45 minute behavioral and 45 minute case study

-Name a time that you had to motivate a group and how did you go about doing that
-know how to really be specific about a case study, you must be very very detailed in every step you answer, like the who why how, the how is very very important.

There are 3-4 interviews. There is a screening, a couple behavioral interviews, and a case. The case is relatively easy as the math is simple, it is just thinking about the situation.

Entretien
They are super kind people; pretty much a general analyst interview with 45 min zoom calls and questions. The case interview was not too bad but did have a hard math problem at the end. However, the interviewer did a good job of helping you get through it. Just make sure you go over every single step and thought you have so they can help you out!
