Phone case interview with current analyst, in-person interview with multiple other candidates with a light lunch with current analysts. Then we had a math test, and started a search case using a computer, broke up into individual rooms and had consultants come to us for fit, another search case (lots of documents), and presenting the initial search case results.

Everybody was really nice and tried to make the process as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Interviews were engaging and cases often felt more like collective learning/teaching moments than cutthroat evaluation.
