Applied through school recruiting system. First round consisted of a short 30 minute behavioral interview. Very basic, they were just gauging your interest and fit with the company. Heard back the same day that I got moved on the second rounds the following day. Second round consisted of one 45 minute behavioral interview and one 45 minute case/math interview. The math question was a basic algebra question- they gave you the formula. Just make sure you plug in the right numbers, because unnecessary information will be given. The case question was about improving patient waiting time for the Emergency Department. No knowledge of healthcare is needed, they are just looking to see if you can logically analyze the situation. I was invited for a final round interview. There were four weekends of final rounds to choose from. I had to pick the last one because of my schedule. I went to NYC and the interview round was pretty informal and conversational. It consisted of two 45 minute interviews (one about project and one about the company) and then an hour and half analyst panel (come prepared with lots of questions to ask). After the interview they said they would contact us in the next week. However, I heard back the next morning (not even 24 hours later) with a simple email saying I was not selected for a full-time position. The same thing happened to a friend and we are skeptical that their decisions were already made up. I hope it was not because I chose the later interview date (may be the case). As a result, I would recommend choosing the earlier interview date if you move to finals. Overall, the people were good. Most are workaholics if that suits you. Very young culture also.
