J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez HubSpot en févr. 2025
Entretien
Interview process was okay but the wait was INSANE. I was reached out to back in January, passed all interviews in February, and they told me “oh sorry we actually don’t have any more roles, reach back out to us in July”. I had kinda forgot about them up until they actually did reach back out to me a few weeks ago about roles that did open up. Met with 2 hiring managers, and was able to land 1 role. I appreciate the recruiter’s transparency through the whole process, but transparency from the beginning would’ve been more appreciated so candidates don’t have to wait months for a team match.

The process was ok until the last step but once I got to team match round I was told there are no roles available. If no roles available then why waste candidates time? So much effort goes into prepping and the recruiter just went MIA

Single exam no human interaction. The exam was like a college test, something completely unrelated to modern field work. Seemed a bit off base. Definitely didnt seem like a realistic approach to finding real humans to fit for a company.
