First round took place over the phone, from there the interviews process was conducted over video calls.
Met with a recruiter and then members of the sales organization to speak about background, experience in the industry, organizational fit.

Interview with your Sales Director (pretty easy, be human, we talked about fishing)
The two managers you get can make or break you getting in as some are tougher than others.

Super friendly people. Direct and they genuinely believe in adding strong people to their team. I had 2 rounds after which I was rejected.
It’s definitely a nice company to be at. They also encourage to keep trying.
