I went through a long interview process before eventually getting an offer. I had a phone screen with a recruiter, then a phone call the next week with 2 marketing managers. A week and a half later I came into the office to meet with 4 people in the marketing department. I came back the next week to meet with who would become my manager. I got the offer via phone call that afternoon. Although the interview process was lengthy, I learned a ton about the company and my future role. I got a tour of the office and met several members of the team. I was very confident with my decision to accept the offer once I received it.
