Was reached out to for the first interview by a recruiter. Unclear what the role was and what the company even did despite doing research beforehand. Questions were delivered flatly and without context. The whole situation was confusing and strange. Took the interview just to see and I guess I wasn't too surprised by the end of it. HR recruiter reached out, asked some general questions, the market knowledge, and technical questions, she said there will be 4 more rounds, didn't make it to second round. She said should be an update in 2-3 days, but I waited a week follow up, then 2 weeks later got rejected.
it started with recruiter round - standard motivational questions. Then progressed to hiring manager round, which was a lot of competency questions. And then was a panel to look at a mock scenario

A pretty standard interview process. First was a call with the Recruiter, then an initial call with the Hiring Manager, finally a demo to a panel group. Focused on behavioral experiences, a little on technical side
