The interview process consists of 5 steps: 1) recruiter phone call 2) hiring manager phone call 3) role play sales pitch/discovery call 4) in person interview meeting with four hiring managers (2:1) 5) final call with VP of sales. I felt challenged throughout the interview process but also really appreciated the quick feedback and communication throughout. After almost each round, I heard if I was moving forward the same day/evening or the next day. This speed is invaluable in today's job climate and was much appreciated to not keep me on edge. I enjoyed working with the team throughout and appreciate the transparency/coaching they bring to the table.
