First, an online test that takes up to 3 hours. It's fun and you just need to get it working, it doesn't have to be perfect. Then you move on to a phone screen. I really enjoyed that stage, it was definitely more of a conversation and less of an interrogation. They did a good job selling their culture and they were one of the top 3 companies I was interested in. I was invited for an on-site (in the timeline they promised) but I chose to go with a different company. A+ for the whole process, made me want to consider the company again in the future.
