Recruiter from HR contacted me asking if I was interested in this position through LinkedIn. After 2 emails showing my interest she replied back (she was busy with training). We set up a firstt phone interview after I showed my interest once again. She forgot the appointment, so when I wrote her a message she run to call me back. I express my interest for the position within flexible terms. This involve remote work. After the weekend they replied me back with: "We found someone with more experience, bla, bla, bla". Hence not flexibility as they state or open to discussion at all. Another American Multinational proto-type Company. Nothing out of the box.

Very poor feedback after first interview and both the manager and the recruiter failed to respond when asked for more. Asked for feedback after the role play and I was told I had to be more concise, which I took and would have worked on. In my opinion there has to be another reason why I've been declined but this hasn't been told me, not even when I specifically asked for more information to improve in the future. Bad experience overall.
