I was referred into the role by a friend. After about two days I was contacted by a recruiter and we set up an initial interview. This interview was a general screening and he also gave me much more information on the role. I then had an interview with the hiring manager. After this interview it was decided that I wasn't right for that particular role, but after discussing what I would like to do the recruiter suggested a different job that sounded much more suitable to my skills and experience. We decided that I would interview for this the following week. In the next interview I was interviewed by the hiring manager. In this interview we spoke about Hubspot, my past experiences and then we did a 15 minute role play where I received feedback. I then moved on to the next stage which involved two role plays and feedback after each. These lasted approximately 15 minutes each and both dealt with different customer scenarios. The next stage of the interview involved me coming into the office and doing four face to face interviews each lasting about 30 minutes and focusing on different areas for example your knowledge of the product, your personality and company fit and your past experiences. All in all I found the process very fair and by the end of it you really know a lot about the role and the company. My recruiter was very helpful and guided me through the whole process. I was never left waiting for more information and he always talked me through what the next step would be. Overall while it was very time consuming it was also surprisingly enjoyable.

Fair interview timeframe but once you move up in the interviewing process you’re given a project which you are to present at the final round. You are basically given a scenario much like one you’d have if you were in the role. Your job is to be creative but efficient in your problem solving skills.
