Sorry to hear that we let you down on the overall experience--on the feedback above, I don't think the question of asking you to describe HubSpot in your own words is unfair, the goal there is to see how you might explain what we do to prospects and customers and how comfortable you are thinking on your feet, so that doesn't feel unfair or interrogative to me. Would love some additional context on why or how you felt the way you did about your experience if you have time/interest in sending me an email, I'm kburke at hubspot, happy to learn more about how we can do better here. -Katie
